#Hashtags was commissioned by FivE as the title piece of their show of the same name. The piece and show were premiered at the 2016 International Tuba Euphonium Conference at the University of Tennessee in Knoxville, TN. 

#Hashtags is an ode to the versatility of the euphonium. Soft, loud, low, high, fast, slow, beautiful, intense. All of these moods are represented within te 5 minute span of the piece.
